Dear God,

You have blessed me in so many ways and I am truly grateful.

I appreciate that all I have and all I am comes from You.

Help me to gladly share my gifts, my talents and my time to help improve the lives of others.

I dedicate my labours to You.

Motivate my ambitions and direct my efforts, so that I may serve according to Your mandate.

Help me to fulfill my purpose and to be the person You made me to be.

You are the foundation of my being and the core of my values.

Your Holy Spirit is my guiding light.

You are the way to everlasting peace.

Energize my soul to radiate Your glory.

Influence my thoughts, my words and my actions.

Allow me to thrive, to rejoice in my labours and to earn the right to call myself a Christian.

Help me to listen intently, to live purely and to follow Your example to provide Christ-like services.

Lord, soften my heart, so that I may genuinely care for people.

Allow me to feel empathy and compassion for everyone.

Help me to be kind, generous, patient and understanding.

Lord, humble my words, so that I may be honest with everyone.

Guide me to be perceptive, discerning and righteous at all times and to sincerely praise God in all things.

Encourage me to confidently speak the truth and to say the right things at the right times.

Lord, purify my spirit, so that I may treat everyone with impartial respect.

Develop my conscience, expand my knowledge, deepen my understanding and enrich my wisdom.

Help me to honour and dignify every person with graceful equality.

Lord, strengthen my character, so that I may demonstrate wholesome integrity.

Uplift my moral and ethical standards to be faithful and honourable.

Lord, nourish my body, so that I may be healthy and dedicate my self to the helpful service of others.

Sharpen my senses, nurture my intuition and tame my disposition.

Mentor me to serve Your purpose to the best of my ability.

Lord, instruct my judgement, so that I may be trustworthy in all my dealings.

In all I do, provide me the fortitude to consistently make the right choices, to be responsible, loyal, dependable and reliable.

In summary, allow me to follow diligently Christ’s example in my work and to prosper in my deeds.

Inspire me to demonstrate true caring, honesty, respect, integrity and trustworthiness, in all my affairs, so that I may devote my life to serving others, and my intentions to seeking your glory.
